Summer Arts Camp 2020: Choose your own art•venture!

Fill your child’s summer with an exhilarating smorgasbord of activities like art, theatre, music and movement! Don’t miss out on the unique opportunity to experience, explore and engage with both visual and performing arts!

Kids will love creating one-of-a-kind masterpieces, playing improv games, exploring our galleries, learning from special guests and so much more – all taught and led by our team of experienced artists and educators.

Our summer arts camp is legendary, offering students an array of creative expression. Arts campers might paint a mural, dance in a musical, or parade around our festival grounds; draw, tumble, or create an original piece of fashion. Choose your own art•venture and build your dream summer!

HOW IT WORKS

Mornings are for exploring! Campers will discover their passions through an eclectic mix of activities like storytelling, stage combat, sketching, and collage projects following the weekly theme.

In afternoon sessions, campers will dive deeper into a world of performance or visual arts and invite friends and family for a final exhibition or performance every Friday.

  • For campers with an interest in theatre and performance, we recommend registering for performing arts focus sessions so they can get to know the performing arts from onstage and backstage perspectives.
  • For campers seeking a visual arts experience, we recommend registering for the visual arts focus session for a unique, hands-on immersion in various projects from sculpture to fine arts and mixed media.
  • OR mix and match weekly sessions for a summer splash of all the arts.

Register for Visual Art Focus OR Performing Arts Focus, not both in the same week.

Limited spots are available, so enroll now to ensure your artist has the best summer ever!

Grades: 1-6 • Time: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with extended care available from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. for a fee.
