Members-Only Photography Club

If you love sharing stories and experiences through images, we have an exclusive photography opportunity that will stir your imagination, be fun and foster new friendships.

Our Members Only Photography Club is led by Alliance instructor and  photographer, Roy Rodriguez. The great part is that you don’t have to be a professional to join the club! Beginner or expert? DSLR, phone or point-and-shoot camera? All are welcome!

You will be given monthly Photographic Tasks that will motivate you to go out and photograph what you can see.

Each member will share their experiences while photographing followed by constructive conversation for each photograph: “Did I successfully convey my intention with this photographic image?” “How could it have been improved?” These and other ideas will help each photographer in their process of seeing.

Bring your camera for the first club meeting on Thursday, September 30th and a thumb drive with 3 of your favorite pictures to share with the club. Roy will review  the basic functions for your camera and give you inspiration for your first Photo Task! 

Supplies Needed:

• Camera
• Memory Card
• Thumb Drive
• 3 favorite pictures
