Morning Market Vendor

General Information
The Alliance for the Arts Market is a monthly event featuring handcrafted items, art, produce, food trucks, live music, and beer and wine.

Indoor and outdoor Markets will be held all year on the third Saturday of each month. Verification from Alliance will be sent out for each market.
This event is free to the public and designed to celebrate local creativity and community. Marketing materials such as flyers and social media graphics will be provided. All vendors are expected to collaborate and actively promote the event. The success and growth of the Market depend on our collective effort — together, we can make it as big and vibrant as we want. Please share event details with your customers and followers to help spread the word.
The Market promotes inclusion and community over competition. We do not offer exclusive vendor categories — meaning we do not reserve single spots for any specific type of product or service (such as lemonade, candles, jewelry, or paintings). This event is meant to showcase the wide range of local talent and provide fair opportunities for all participating vendors.
Vendors are responsible for their own display setup and sales.
6ft tables are available to rent for $5 upon request.
Vendors must supply their own tablecloths, displays, packaging materials, stands, easels, pedestals, chairs, signs, and lighting.
Vendors are responsible for handling their own transactions and are encouraged to prepare a method to accept credit card payments.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting the Florida Sales Tax of 6.5% on eligible sales.
Set Up and Break Down
Vendors must check in at the front desk upon arrival.
Set-up begins at 7:30 AM and vendors must be ready to sell promptly by 9:00 AM.
Vendors will set up in assigned spaces as directed by event staff.
Vendors are expected to remain open for the full duration of the Market.
Vendors are responsible for providing all booth materials, including tables, chairs, table coverings, and any necessary display equipment.
Vendors are responsible for the collection and removal of all refuse generated from their booth and the surrounding area.
