What is HulaFit?  It is an exciting and fun workout featuring basic elements of Hawaiian and Tahitian dancing.  Get in shape and learn some beautiful dance moves at the same time.  Come have fun with Polynesian dancer Marliss Brockington AND get a great workout!

NO class Sept. 2; still a 6 class session.
