Chair Yoga with Nicole – Outdoor Class

Join Nicole for Chair Yoga to help you get a deep stretch, broaden your breathing and calm your mind.  This class is open to everyone especially those who can’t get up and down from the floor for a more traditional yoga class.  Poses have modifications for different levels and abilities. Each class will work on building and maintaining balance and strength.  This is an outside class and we’ll provide you with a chair!

Please note: this class is hosted outside to allow for social distancing. Masks are required to enter the building or when students are unable to social distance. In the case of inclement weather, we will make accommodations with the instructor and students.
