During this 2 session class, you will learn and practice different breathing techniques to strengthen respiratory and immune systems and oxygenate the body. Some of the techniques are accompanied by gentle movements to enhance breathing efficacy. Most of the movements are easy, light and fun, performed seated or standing.

The breathing techniques will re-educate the body to breathe properly and easily. They will stimulate the lymphatic system and energetic channels (Meridians) to open blockages and release toxins. Knowing how to regulate the breath will enable you to control emotions and certain body functions. You will experience relaxation and improved sleeping patterns. In a nutshell – Breathing Techniques for Health and Longevity will rejuvenate your vital organs, oxygenating and alkalizing tissues on a cellular level to allow you to feel better, healthier and more energized.
