Congressional Art Competition 2020

Due to the COVID19 interruption the Congressional Institute has extended dates for the Congressional Art Competition. With respect for safety, Congressman Rooney has decided to make the annual art reception digital with the assistance of the Alliance for the Arts.

A panel of professional artists will judge the digital submissions on May 22, 2020, providing Congressman Rooney with the top three selections. Congressman Rooney will then select the overall winner who will have their piece hung in the U.S. Capital for the next eleven months.
