I am a mother of four and a Yaya to 3 amazing grandchildren! I have been a Wellness Advocate since 2002. I began my career as a group fitness instructor. I have taught everything from Pilates to Body Pump. Eventually I became a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and A Certified Wellness Coach through NWI. I have a passion for Health and Wellness and love to share this with people. My goal is to ensure to anyone who comes into my life that not only can they “do that”, but they can do it with confidence! My philosophy is “Think Fit Not Thin”!
