Yoga for me is the freedom to be at home in the body. Since 1998 I keep coming back to my yoga mat for the sense of natural equanimity through life’s ups and downs and peace that comes with a quiet mind. Yoga creates a safe place to work on self-trust, self-love and to humor our humanity. I became a 200+ hour registered Yoga teacher to share these gifts I am receiving and more, a practice to build strength, flexibility and balance.
