Hi! My name is Julio Julio González Batista. In my current practice I paint non-representationally until I find objects/figures in the messes to bring out of the non-objective realm and into
representational. This process of painting is focused on seeing and acting more than thinking and planning, focusing primarily on composition and charging forth in whichever direction the
painting itself asks for.
