This three-hour course will provide an introduction to the mysterious world of wine. We will cover wine basics, how to read a label, how to taste and evaluate, what glassware to use and how to properly handle and store your wine.

There will be an hour and a half of classroom instruction, followed by an hour and a half of wine tasting and socializing.
