Drive-Thru GreenMarket

In light of the recent suspension of the Alliance for the Arts weekly GreenMarket due to COVID-19, we are coming up with an alternative way for your to get your veggies while continuing to do our part to flatten the curve and heed the call of authorities to promote social distancing.

The Alliance for the Arts and Venus Veggies are working hard to make sure you can enjoy fresh goods all while supporting local farmers.

Pre-purchased orders will be placed in your trunk and you’ll be on your way! Items include:

• Box option 1 ($22) –  lettuce, kale, cabbage, pepper, yellow onion, 2 zucchini, 2 turnips, cucumber, 3 carrots and local bananas from certified organic farm Venus Veggies. Only 40 boxes available – first come, first serve.
  Box option 2 ($22) – red lettuce, onion, cabbage, rainbow chard, eggplant, 2 zucchini, celery, colored pepper and local bananas from certified organic farm Venus Veggies. Only 40 boxes available – first come, first serve.
  One dozen chicken eggs ($6)
  One dozen duck eggs ($10)

For safety reasons, pre-purchase is required. You will not be able to purchase onsite the day of pick-up. All sales final. All purchasers will receive an email with details to pick-up their orders on Tuesday, March 24.

Drive thru pick up will be on Wednesday, March 25 between 10 a.m. and noon at the Alliance for the Arts, located at 10091 McGregor Blvd. Fort Myers, Florida 33919.
