Professional artist Jan Ellen Atkielski will highlight a practical guide to finding an art career or setting up a business as a self-employed artist. Topics will include:

Creating a business/marketing plan
Secrets to exhibiting
Business Basics (registering your business, sales tax id number, copyright law, quotes and contracts, pricing, client data bases, etc.)
Applying for Grants
