Tending the Heart with SoulCollage® (18+)

Tending the Heart is Self-care and is an essential task of well-being and health. Self-care is not a luxury nor is it an act of being selfish or self-indulgent. It is truly an act of self-love. Join us as we take time for reintegration, clarity, and balance. During this workshop we will draw upon the practice of SoulCollage® as an engaging tool for self-care and tending to your heart.

SoulCollage® is a fun and easy way to express yourself, care for yourself, discover and affirm your inner wisdom. Together we will create and consult our SoulCollage® cards for perspective and guidance.
