Seductive Surfaces for Painting & Collage by KD Tobin

This class covers 12 to 18 different surface techniques including Micaceous Iron Oxide, Light Molding Paste, Molding Paste, Pumice Gel, Soft Gel Gloss, Extra Heavy Gel Matte, Faux Encaustic, and many more. ZERO drawing skills required as we will only be making rudimentary marks on a variety of surfaces.

We will break for a 20 minute lunch, a drink and a bagged lunch are recommended.

Required Supplies:

• note book
• pencil
• a small paint brush or two
• a small palette knife or two
• paper toweling
• a small container for water
• the attendee’s preferred drawing medium which can be any one of the following; crayons, or colored pencils, or watercolor pencils, or oil pastels, or pastels
