PAINTING PORTRAITS WITH TERRY LYNN- (AGES 16+) INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

Join Terry Lynn as she guides you through the art of portrait painting. In a relaxed and fun environment students will build on fundamental skills and the complexities of flesh tones, moving into the application of paint. Students are welcome to use acrylic or oil paint. In this class we will use references from instructor, students photos and on the last class students will paint from a live model. Some drawing and painting experience helpful.

Model fee of $15 paid to the instructor at the first class

• Pencil
• Eraser
• Sketch book 8 and half by 11(or close to that size)
• (5)8×10 canvas board
• 1 stretched canvas 11×14 or bigger
• Tracing paper
• Graphite paper
• Painters tape
• If using oil-odorless paint thinner and glass jar with lid
• Paper towels
• Pallet or paper plates.
• Oil or acrylic tubes of paint.
