Open Mic at the Night Market

I hereby grant permission to the Alliance for the Arts to film and record my performance during the open mic event. I understand that the Alliance may use these recordings for promotional purposes, including but not limited to posting them on the Alliance's social media platforms.

I understand and agree that my performance may be filmed, recorded, and shared publicly. I waive any rights to compensation or royalties for the use of these recordings. I also understand that while the Alliance will make reasonable efforts to credit performers, there may be instances where this is not possible due to technical constraints or other factors.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this consent field and voluntarily agree to its conditions.

Note: Participants under the age of 18 must have this consent field signed by a parent or legal guardian.
