Slow down, reconnect, and awaken your inner wisdom through Neurographica®, a powerful and meditative art method that blends creativity with self-reflection. Developed by psychologist Pavel Piskarev in 2014, Neurographica® uses intuitive drawing techniques to help you access deeper awareness, reduce stress, and invite positive transformation into your life.

In this 2-hour introductory workshop, you’ll:

• Learn the foundational principles of the Neurographica® method

• Explore how drawing can support emotional clarity and healing

• Reflect on your values and strengths through the symbolic lens of the rose

• Discover imagery such as your Spirit Animal as part of your personal insight journey

No artistic experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a curious mind. Whether you’re seeking calm, clarity, or connection, this class offers a creative path inward.

All materials are provided. A $10 supply fee is payable to the instructor at the start of class.
