Start your Belly Dance journey or improve your skills in this 5 week progressive series! Belly Dancing is a naturally low impact activity that improves posture, core strength, flexibility and the mind-body connection. In subsequent series students will explore different music and dance styles such as Egyptian Raks Sharki, American Cabaret, Global Caravan Tribal, and Folklore with Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Danse Orientale Award recipient Sherry Coffey!
