This event is free for members of the Progressive Women of SWFL or $10 for future members of the Progressive Women of SWFL. An RSVP is required and payment will be collected at the door.

Jacquie Matthews Williams is the Community Outreach Coordinator at Lutheran Services
Florida – Comprehensive Refugee Services Program. At LSF, Jacquie is responsible for spear-heading and making possible the two annual events of the program: World Refugee Day (June) and Welcoming Week (September). With over 25 years of marketing, public relations and community outreach, Jacquie wants to spread the good news of Comprehensive Refugee Services.

Gabriela Caballero is an immigrant of Cuban descent. She immigrated to Mexico with her
family when she was a teenager. In 2011, her family decided to cross the border into the U.S.and start a new life. She finished high school and was accepted at FGCU. While in college, she decided to become a citizen of the United States and naturalized in December 2016. She graduated from FGCU in 2019 with a double major in Marketing and Management, and recently started working at Atilus as a Marketing Assistant.
