Event details

This class introduces the student to basic jewelry tools and techniques. Those who like to experiment will have an opportunity to incorporate recycled broken jewelry and findings. No experience necessary.

Sessions:

  1. Earrings: use head pins and jump rings to make stone chip earrings just for you.
  2. Bracelets: use stretch cord and chain links to attach beads, stones, and buttons.
  3. Mini Mosaic pendant: bezels, beads and charms, even tiny retro pieces of jewelry make unique pendants
  4. Tassel earrings and pendants: Make tassels from string or beads to add color and interest
  5. Bib necklace collage: Let your imagination play. Broken jewelry, shells, beads, and findings can be used in new ways to create a mixed media collage.
