Join us on a journey of artistic exploration and skill development and awaken your inner artist!

We will analyze the beautiful face of the Delphic Sibyl, a famous fresco by Michelangelo in the Sistine Chapel.

After a brief introduction about the proportions using different methodologies (Loomis and Bammes), we will draw the portrait using sanguine or sepia pastel pencils (provided by me in case you do not have them).

Bring a sketchbook for notes, couple of sheets of charcoal paper 18″x24″, a sketch board big enough to hold the charcoal paper, and a kneaded eraser.

With 15 years experience in teaching at University, College and Art Centers, Francesco tailored his classes to accommodate participants of all experience levels. You will receive personalized instruction on basic and advanced techniques depending on your individual background!
