ArtPlay: Yoga is a safe, judgement free and fun space for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder to grow and learn about themselves through movement and breath. Every week is a new theme with props to show how our breath works and crafts to let our creativity fly free!
No yoga experience is necessary. Class will end with a guided relaxation and time to connect with others while doing our craft.
This class is run in partnership with Family Initiative Inc.
