ArtPlay: Photography for Artists with Autism

Our ArtPlay classes are designed to engage students ages 8 – 25 with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the arts while focusing on identity development, self-awareness, self-esteem, social communication, and building positive coping skills.

Photography Course:

• Week 1: Focus on the Basics of Photography
• Week 2: Focus on Shadows and Angles
• Week 3: Focus on Photographing People
• Week 4: Close Up Photography

Students must bring their own camera, camera phone or any inexpensive digital camera.

Classes hosted in partnership with Family Initiative.

This is an onsite class, please adhere to signage and wear a mask and maintain social distance while in the public areas of the Alliance building.
