Art For Young People (Grades K – 3) – Onsite Class

Come join teaching artist Mrs. Lexi in this exciting art series for your budding artists! Children will be introduced to basic art principles such as line, texture, color and composition while working with a variety of art materials. Each week we will focus on a new skill as we explore animal drawing, the still life, landscape, and more! Many of the projects will include a small lesson on how they relate to a specific idea in history so students will learn about a bit of art history as well! Please bring a smock and your favorite mask.

Supply list: $15 supply fee to be paid directly to the instructor.

Please note: this class is hosted onsite in our classroom. If you are joining us for onsite programming, we ask that you adhere to signage and procedures posted on our campus. Face masks are required at all times and you are advised to keep 6 feet (2 meters) between you and others.
