This workshop offers the opportunity to make art designed to create inner peace, balance, reduce stress, anxiety, and tension. By creating art that’s connected with our breath, nervous system, body, mind, and spirit, we will create different projects based on a particular emotional focus and need.
This month’s project: Lucky to be Me free-flow Neurographic Art line design. Use color pencil techniques with Zen music to blend design patterns while maintaining a meditative, relaxed state. This is great for inner peace, relation, reducing depression, anxiety, and focus on self love. Includes glass frame.
All supplies will be provided for this class for a $10 fee paid directly to the Instructor
