Event details
“The Labyrinth is a spiritual tool that has many applications in various settings. It reduces stress, quiets the mind and opens the heart. It is a walking meditation, a path of prayer and a blueprint where psyche meets Spirit.” The Rev. Dr. Lauren Artress
You may have little knowledge or experience with Labyrinths or you may have had many encounters walking Labyrinths, but you want to know more about this meditative and mindful tool. This workshop will clarify for you the history and meaning of a Labyrinth, take a look at different examples of Labyrinths, and invite you to a reflective and grounding experience walking the labyrinth.
The Spring Equinox is when the hours of daylight and dark are equally balanced. It represents new life, new beginnings, and new paths. Preparation for the Spring Equinox presents the perfect time for reflecting on the art of walking the Labyrinth.
This workshop will be held indoors, part of the time and outdoors, part of the time. Please adhere to signage and wear a mask while indoors in the public areas of the Alliance.
