Adult Acting Foundations (Ages 16+)

Want to learn how to approach the art of acting?  Improve your communication skills?  Understand how to deliver an authentic message and have a greater sense of how you are perceived by others?  These foundational skills are critical of authentic acting performances but also are of benefit in most areas of your life.  Our adult class is the perfect place to explore your interest in acting; whether you want to gain a greater understanding of the craft or just hone life skills.  Basic stage terminology and procedures will be taught while working collaboratively and performing improvisation, monologues, and scenes.  This course is designed to teach the basic skills, concepts, and methods of modern realistic acting technique as well as providing the opportunity to strengthen the powers of concentration, focus, analysis, imagination, creativity, and empathy.  Come play with us!
