The Alliance for the Arts is Lee County’s arts agency with a mission to facilitate and nurture the execution, development, promotion, and educational programming of the arts and culture. In addition to being a stand-alone gallery with year-round original exhibits of its own, the Alliance keeps an eye and ear on what’s going on in the local art community and spreads the word to the community about the incredible talent and culture that exists in the area.
It’s also a hot spot for theatre space, gallery and classroom rentals, serving the needs of clubs and organizations in search of the perfect place to host their events.

Right now, the Alliance is coordinating with the Lee County Port Authority to present "Art in Flight," an opportunity for artists to exhibit their work in at the Southwest Florida International Airport. To learn more, just click HERE.
The Place for the Arts in Lee County
Alliance for the Arts signature initiatives include ART ROYALE in November, which features local artists of all mediums in a one of a kind creative celebration and fundraiser for the Alliance. In October, WALK THROUGH THE ARTS will put the art community on display. It’s a free opportunity for the public to experience and learn about all arts and culture in Lee County - complete with mini performances, artists, and information galore throughout our campus.
The Alliance strongly supports the February YOUNG ARTISTS AWARDS, a performing arts competition for youth 8 - 21 years-old, that grants cash awards and scholarships for their achievements.
And the newest way the Alliance recognizes the cultural influence is the through the ANGELS OF THE ARTS AWARDS, a ceremony akin to the Academy Awards, where we honor the personal and professional contributions in support of the arts in Lee County past and present.
