“A Show of Gratitude” will be displayed in the main gallery during this month-long group exhibition.
“Gravity of Gratitude” is an exhibition aimed at highlighting the little and big things that bring us joy and strength. Reflecting on what we are thankful for improves our mental well-being and health. Taking the time to show your gratitude to others develops rich connections and relationships in our communities. Artists are asked to reflect on what they are thankful for whether it be noticing the beauty in nature, humanity in others, our relationships, friends, and family and translate them into works of art to share with our community.” – Gallery Director, Ehren Gerhard
Exhibits: November 2 through November 28, 2020
Gift Shop and Gallery Hours: M-F 9am-5pm, Sat 9am-1pm or by appointment by contacting Ehren at email@example.com
his youth class is designed to foster an appreciation of art for students. We will introduce students to a variety of materials and artistic concepts to evoke their curiosity and to hone their natural creativity.
The setting for the play is Elizabeth’s porch in Maynard, Texas, on a hot summer - a tiny town plunked down, like so many others of that state, in the middle of a nowhere that seems to consist of burning sun and empty vistas. The action centers on the discontent and hilarious gossip of three small-town wives whose marriages have turned out to be less than was hoped for.
