Polymer Clay Introductory

Event details

Explore unique ways to play and create with polymer clay! Each week students will learn a new element of how to use the clay.  We will be covering jewelry design, small scale sculptures, cane making and how to use powders and acrylic paint to enhance your pieces. Students are welcome to use their creative imagination for all projects.

Supply List:

    • Brands for polymer clay: Sculpey Souffle or Premo
    • Colors: White, red, blue, purple, green, yellow, orange, pink, brown, black
    • Toothpicks
    • Glass Jar
    • Sculpey Gloss Glaze
    • Xacto Knife
    • Tin Foil
    • Box to carry unbaked clay
    • Jewelry findings: (will discuss in first class supplies that you will need  for jewelry making)

Note: Instructor will provide a toaster oven in class to bake smaller creations.

Please note: this class is hosted onsite in our classroom. If you are joining us for onsite programming, we ask that you adhere to signage and procedures posted on our campus.
