Event details

During each session, you will learn and practice different breathing techniques to open up and strengthen respiratory and immune systems. The special techniques coordinated with movements will reeducate your body to breathe easily and properly to effectively oxygenate all organs and tissues. The breathing techniques accompanied by appropriate coordinated movements, will work together to open energetic channels to release toxins and energetic blockages. Learning to regulate breathing will enable you to control certain body functions and also influence moods and emotions. You will experience relaxation and improved sleeping patterns. In a nut shell – Breathing Techniques & Coordinated Movements sessions will rejuvenate and renew the physical body, strengthening in an organic way not only lungs and respiratory system but all working synergistically vital organs.

Most of the movements are easy, light and fun, performed while seated on a chair or stool or briefly standing ALL FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME!
