*A 15% discount is available for Alliance individual members and organizations and a 10% discount is available for all Lee County 501 (c) 3 ARTS Organizations.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Only one discount may apply for each contract.
- A Certificate of Insurance naming the Alliance for the Arts as an additional insured for the date of the rental in the minimum amount of $2,000,000 aggregate and $1,000,000 per occurrence is required.
- At least 20% of full balance is due upon signing the contract to secure rental dates. Payment in full is due prior to event.
- A current tax exempt form must be on file with the Alliance to avoid tax charges.
- An extra staffing/electric fee of $30/hour is applied for events after regular business hours when access to the building is required
